My name is Claudia Sanchez, I am an Integrative Health Practitioner IHP L2.
My own struggles with stress and digestion and my love for more natural health solutions have led me to study and learn ways to help others.
As an IHP, I will guide you to learn how by providing what your body needs and by clearing the pathway for those nutrients to become efficient we can help the body be in a balanced state.
Our soil has been depleted of nutrients and we are exposed on a daily basis to a myriad of toxins. By becoming wiser on our daily choices of nourishment and daily used products (including beauty products), we can have less exposure to harmful substances.
Functional medicine testing is a different type of testing of what is traditionally used and contrary to how we are used to be guided by treating symptoms we look at the root cause.
My mission is to empower you with knowledge and tools to thrive!

Begin your journey by preparing your liver. By following a well researched detox program that combines functional medicine and Ayurveda. This detox takes you through the 2 stages the liver needs to go through a supported process of detoxification.
This detox helps with anti-aging, weight loss, hormonal balance and overall wellness.

This includes 2 tests: the Minerals and Metals test, which helps us see how you are using your electrolytes, which provide the energy you need to get through the day, as well as buffer the effects of stress. The test also will. show if you have been exposed to any heavy metals.
The second test in the Candida, Metabolic and Vitamins test, which shows how the digestive system is working, shows energy and mood metabolites and will see if you are getting the vitamins you truly need.
I will meet with you 4 times for a course of 4 months to establish a plan and guide you through it.
